I’m on a mission to save people money and stay out of court. I saw the results of people not knowing how to navigate the court system during decades of working in it. I witnessed people investing money when it wasn’t necessary.  

As a lawyer and former probate and family judge, I have the opportunity and desire to share DIY documents. There are a bunch of them on my website to help people:

Having key legal documents done and in place is smart. Waiting until “later” is an option but I don’t recommend it.
