Navigating the court system can be overwhelming. Not knowing where to begin, how to fill out documents or how much it will cost can be enough to stop people from starting. That’s why Shana created MI Easy Forms.
What if you could have someone familiar with the entire process guide you?
What if you didn’t have to spend more than you can afford?
Would you like a lawyer to listen to you for a half hour and point you in the right direction?
Shana has heard and seen it all from:
the counter at the courthouse as a clerk
the courtroom as a lawyer
the bench as a judge
The MI Easy Forms do it yourself process might be all you need. You might not need to retain a lawyer. If you do, she’ll tell you — and point you where you need to go next, how long it will take, and what you should expect.
Shana has 36 years of experience in the court. She began working at the court in 1986 as a part-time clerk and worked her way to the top.
She decided to create this business to serve people facing probate and family law issues, including durable power of attorney, patient advocate designations, wills, and divorce.
Shana is a member in good standing with the Michigan State Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association.
